LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

DeJonge

– Brandon Gene DeJonge, 27, no address listed, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for three felony counts of second-degree home invasion and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Dec. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Aaron Michael Dietz, 20, of 9477 W. 12 Mile Rd., Walkerville, was arrested by LPD for three felony counts of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Dec. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Flood

– Stefanie Louise Flood, 32, of 810 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested by LPD for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanors of fourth-degree child abuse and domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Dec. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent. In a separate case, Flood is charged with another count of domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 12 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Kraikiewicz

-Deborah Juanita Krajkiewicz, 57, of 428 E. Wilson Road, Custer Township, was arrested by Scottville Police Department for larceny in a building, stealing, taking, or removing financial transaction device; possession of fraudulent or altered financial transaction device. Preliminary exam: Dec. 19 at 2:30 p.m.. Bail: $5,000 personal.

Stockwell

– Xavier Clarice Stockwell, 39, of 507 6th St., Ludington, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Dec. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Layla Renee LeFevre, 19, of 802. N. Rowe St., Ludington; receiving and concealing stolen property – LPD and marijuana possession – MCSO. Pretrial: Dec. 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Neiko Ryan Olds, 17, of 2140 N. Custer Rd., Custer Township; Michigan State Police; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Dec. 17 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– Brandon David Schultz, 17, of 6936 N. Darr Rd., Free Soil Township; Scottville Police Department; larceny $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Dec. 17 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.
