Recount confirms Serna winner of Ludington Fifth Ward seat.

LUDINGTON — A recount held today at the Ludington municipal building confirmed that Angela Serna is the winner of the Fifth Ward Councilor seat, defeating Wally Cain 243-239 votes. The recount was requested by Cain following the November General Election.

Elected officials, including Serna, will be sworn in during a ceremony at the municipal building, 400 S. Harrison St., today at 6 p.m.
