LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

– Jasmine Satin Jenks, 29, of 2904 S. Grantsyn Trail, Branch Township, was found guilty Nov. 27 of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must attend the next session of the Victims’ Impact Panel; must obtain Soberlink for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $1,405 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC); open intoxicants, failure to stop after a property damage accident and marijuana possession were dismissed.

– Donald Kieth Martinez, 32, of 936 E. Maple St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 27 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next Victims’ Impact Panel session; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $870 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Paul Maurice Rittenhouse, 47, of 9581 N. Brooks Rd., Irons, was found guilty Nov. 27 of disorderly conduct – disturbing the peace and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $285 in fines and costs.

– Lonnie Howard Blount, 58, of 129 S. Meyers Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was found guilty Nov. 29 of taking a deer without a license and was sentenced to $1,000 in fines and costs.

– Ernest Michael Hernandez, 46, of 4455 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, was found guilty Nov. 28 of disorderly person – urinating in public and was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs.

– Billy Alen Sharnowski, 32, of 225 Gibson Rd., Branch Township, was found guilty Dec. 3 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $335 in fines and costs.

– Brandon Rae Klok, 26, of 480 Netherfield St., NW, Comstock Park, was found guilty Nov. 30 of operating an ORV in a closed area and was sentenced to $220 in fines and costs.

– Bradley Robert Bussey, 52, of 2884 E. Britain Ave., Benton Harbor, was found guilty Nov. 28 of excessive bait – over the legal limit and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– Brock Ronald Matteson, 42, of 2767 N. Amber Rd., Victory Township, was found guilty Nov. 29 of transporting/possessing an uncased firearm in a vehicle and was sentenced to $255 in fines and costs.

– Danial Lee Sanders, 38, of 2677 N. Victory Corner Rd., Victory Township, was found guilty Nov. 29 of excessive bait – over the legal limit and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– John Christopher Edwards, 45, of 106 2nd St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 29 of loud music/disturbing the peace and was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs.

– Tyler Gregory Bannerman, 22, of 1216 Arms, Marshall, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 29 of using a treble hook in Pere Marquette River and was sentenced to $220 in fines and costs

– Kenneth Dale Hofmeyer, 84, of 808 College Ave., Holland, was found guilty Nov. 29 of no name or address on tree stand and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– Patrick Joseph Carlson, 68, of 1645 Victory Corner Rd., Amber Township, was found guilty Nov. 29 of excessive bait – over the legal limit and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– Norman Richard Slade, Jr., 42, of 2345 Shorrock St., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 29 of allowing a minor to hunt unsupervised and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs.

– Joseph Jerome Rogalski, 32, of 3904 Remberance Rd., Grand Rapids, was found guilty Nov. 29 of operating an ORV in a closed area and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– Alvonya Martel Brown, 21, of 309 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 29 of open intoxicants and was sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Theodore James Gajewski, 54, of 1524 W. Freeman Rd., Grant Township, was found guilty Nov. 28 of excessive bait – over the legal limit and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– Daniel Francis Nawara, 35, of 7157 Ketchel Dr., NE, Comstock Park, was found guilty Nov. 27 of operating an ORV in a closed area and was sentenced to $185 in fines and costs.

– Kevin Michael Wojtaszak, 61, of 3516 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, was found guilty Nov. 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs. Charges of no insurance, improper plate and driving while license not valid were dismissed.

Dismissal

– Jeremy Richard Sobers, 42, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township, one count of DWLS was dismissed Nov. 27 when he pleaded guilty to a lesser offense.
