Fountain man faces 6 criminal charges including CSC.

LUDINGTON – A 46-year-old Fountain man faces six criminal charges including a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC).

Jeremy Alan McCormick, of 4035 E. Wealthy St., was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office, Sept. 23, and has been arraigned in 79th District Court on additional charges of indecent exposure, fourth-degree child abuse, malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000, malicious destruction of a building and domestic violence.

A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 10 at 11:15 a.m. McCormick’s bail was set at $35,000/10 percent.

Fourth-degree CSC is punishable by up to two years in prison.
