LUDINGTON — A 28-year-old Riverton Township woman was sentenced to time served for convictions of analogue use, fleeing police and operating while intoxicated in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Sept. 25.

Judge Susan K. Sniegowski sentenced Jessica Marie Curtin, of 6109 S. Brye Rd., to one year discretionary jail with 77 days up front with credit for 77 days served for the analogue possession conviction; 90 days with credit for 90 days served for fleeing police; and 93 days with credit for 93 days served for the OWI conviction.

Curtin was arrested last June after she caused two separate hit-and-run crashes within a 50-minute time span.

“I am incredibly sorry for everything,” Curtin said, adding that drug addiction has dictated her life.

Judge Sniegowski also ordered two years probation and driver’s license sanctions.

“The behavior that led to those offenses is extremely serious,” Sniegowski said. “Seek out the help that you need.”

Sentencing guidelines in the case are 0-11 months
