79th District Court sentencings, posted Sept. 19, 2018.

LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

– Robert Allen Fay, 71, of 316 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 11 of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims’ Impact Panel (VIP); no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $1,095 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the. Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .17 or more was dismissed.

– Lori Lynn O’Brien, 58, of 310 1/2 S. Jackson Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 13 of disorderly person – public intoxication and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; must have a substance evaluation and follow recommendations; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Jason Scott Huggard, 33, of 1005 N. Custer Rd., Custer Township, was found guilty Sept. 4 of domestic violence and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must have domestic violence evaluation and follow recommendations; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; and $595 in fines and costs.

– Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 24, of 201 W. William St., Ludington, was found guilty Aug. 28 of attempted breaking and entering and was sentenced to 45 days in jail; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; must enroll in adult education classes; and $230 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of a building less than $200 was dismissed.

– Mark Kevin Grams, 59, of 3299 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was found guilty Sept. 11 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $285 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Mitchell Murphy Myers, 34, of 606 Millerton Rd., Scottville, was found guilty Sept. 11 of DWLS and was sentenced to 11 days in jail with credit for 11 days served; one year discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $815 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Kaci Allison-Makinze Browning, 27, of 5279 N. Thunderbird Dr., Sheridan Township, was found guilty Sept. 11 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; must attend the next session of the Victims’ Impact Panel; must obtain substance abuse counseling; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $895 in fines and costs. One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Brandon Lynn Dixon, 20, of 2060 E. Wilson Rd., Custer Township, was found guilty Sept. 17 of improper plates and was sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.
