LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Sobers

– Heather Elizabeth Sobers, 23, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and a high-court misdemeanor of maintaining a drug house. Preliminary exam: Sept. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Silver

– Melissa Marie Silver, 31, of 604 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000 and larceny in a building. Preliminary exam: Sept. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Hawke

– Anna Marie Hawke, 43, of of 137 E. US 10, Idlewild, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Scott Michael Stahelin, 48, no address listed, was arrested by LPD for a felony of trespassing upon a key facility. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Cody Ethan Bayer, 21, of 407 E. Foster St., Ludington; SSCENT; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Sept. 24 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
