LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

– Thomas Steven Wells, 54, of 19692 Nottingham, Downs, Illinois; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ashely Nicole Martinsen, 29, of 710 E. Danaher St., Ludington; Scottville Police Department; no insurance. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

– David Cameron McKendrick, 53, of 109 E. Foster St., Ludington; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Eric Kareen Mendez, 36, of 602 Fifth St., Ludington; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
