PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Cheryl Story of Riverton Township was named the Western Michigan Fair Homemaker of the Year Wednesday night. Story took first place in several exhibit categories along with four best of class placings. Judges stated her Barbie doll dress was “exceptional.” Story is picture, left, along with Amanda Hepworth, second place; Della St. Louis, third place; Deb Del Zoppo, fourth place, and Stefany Grant, fifth place.
