LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

– Bryce Johnathan Faulkner, 24, of 5281 N. May Rd., Luther, was found guilty July 5 of disorderly person – public intoxication and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Erin Marie Whitaker, 37, of 6516 W. Beech St., Hamlin Township, was found guilty July 5 of stray dog – loose/running dog and was sentenced to $160 in fines and costs.

– Amber Kay Rehlander, 27, of 608 Indianapolis Dr., Idlewild, was found guilty July 9 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $335 in fines and costs.

– Paul Edward Knizacky, 29, of 710 Prospect Lake Dr., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was found guilty July 9 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $335 in fines and costs.

– Daniel Joesph-Meisenheimer Garber, 29, of 1566 N. Victory Corner Rd., Victory Township, was found guilty July 6 of stray dog – loose/running dog and was sentenced to $160 in fines and costs.

– Chelsea Marie Hayes, 24, of 710 Catawba Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty July 5 of fishing/possessing a fish without a license and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
