LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Horsley

– Danyel Rebecca Horsley, 32, of 201 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested by by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of larceny from a person. Preliminary exam: July 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Coon

– Trevor James Coon, 24, no address listed, was arrested LPD for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: July 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Curtin

– Jessica Marie Curtin, 28, of 6109 S. Brye Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of second-degree fleeing and eluding a police officer and misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated (OWI) and open intoxicants. Preliminary exam: July 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Clever

– Crestino Ray Clever, 37, of 204 Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested by LPD for a felony of credit card possession, a misdemeanor of receiving and concealing less than $200, and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Spinner

– Lauren Charlene Spinner, 27, of 103 N. Reinberg Ave., Scottville, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: July 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety. In a separate file, Spinner is charged with a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: July 11 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
