LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Green

– Stacy Marie Green, 36, of 2916 N. Trepanier Dr., Hamlin Township, was found guilty Nov. 7, 2017 of breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced July 3 to serve two days up front of a one year discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; two years probation; $500 restitution; and $568 in fines and costs.

Whittman

– Matthew Alan Wittman, 30, of 3131 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Pere Marquette Township, was found guilty May 14 of attempted assault with intent to do harm less than murder and domestic violence and was sentenced July 3 to serve eights up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 170 days served for the first count and 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served for the second count; two years probation; and $708 in fines and costs. One count of assault with intent to do harm less than murder and another count of domestic violence were dismissed.
