LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– James Christopher LeClair, 34, of 929 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, was found guilty May 10 of disorderly person – urinating in public and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; $285 in fines and costs or perform 29 hours of community service; random PBTs; and he is on house arrest for 30 days/may not leave his residence unless accompanied by staff.

– Zachary Lee Ziemkowski, 36, of 902 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty May 10 of disorderly person – urinating in public and was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs.

– Mark Earnest Olson, 32, of North Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township, was found guilty May 10 of disorderly person – urinating in public and was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs.

– Donald Kieth Martinez, 31, of 2864 W. US 10, Amber Township, was found guilty May 10 of possessing a fish without a license and was sentenced to $135 in fines and costs.

– Travis Alan Vorhase, 24, of 5548 W. Hazelwood Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was found guilty May 10 open intoxicants – passenger in a motor vehicle and was sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Zachary David Skoog, 30, of 405 S. Harrison St., Ludington, was found guilty May 8 of disorderly person – jostling and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; substance abuse/domestic violence counseling; no alcohol/drugs; and $285 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Jon Eric Lusk, 37, of 207 S. Park St., Ludington, was found guilty May 8 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; outpatient counseling; must attend the next session of the Victim Impact Panel (VIP); no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $870 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Stephen Michael Pierce, 61, 406 N. Gay St., Scottville, was found guilty May 8 of attempted malicious telecommunications use and was sentenced to 45 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 39, of 451 W. Free Soil Rd., Grant Township, was found guilty May 8 of second-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; must continue substance abuse counseling; must report to jail Sept. 8 or attend Impact Weekend; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $1,500 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of marijuana possession and improper plates were dismissed.

– Justin Michael Stever, 27, of 802 N. Rowe St., Ludington, was found guilty May 8 of improper transport of medical marijuana and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must have a substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $660 in fines and costs. One count of marijuana possession was dismissed.
