LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Curtice

– Earl Walter-Brandon Curtice, 20, of 3095 W. Stag Rd., Baldwin, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: May 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Verschueren

– Mark Anthony Verschueren, 33, of 127 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a felony of uttering and publishing. Preliminary exam: May 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Ashley Nicole Martinsen, 29, of 506 E. Loomis St., Ludington; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence and illegal entry. Pretrial: May 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Toni Lee Strahan, 38, of 203 Second St., Ludington; LPD; operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .17 or higher, operating while intoxicated (OWI) and open intoxicants. Pretrial: June 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Andy Jacob Nelson, 54, of 5355 W. Jagger Rd., Hamlin Township; DNR – Cadillac; marijuana possession and OWI – ORV. Pretrial: May 21 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ashlee Jean Skinner, 23, of 6167 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sheridan Township; MCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: June 4 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Chadrick Michael Stefaniak, 40, of 5715 N. Budzynski Rd., Sheridan Township; Michigan State Police (MSP); assault and battery. Pretrial: June 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Wayne Arthur Goerbig, 66, of 1247 W. Chauvez Rd., Riverton Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: May 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Sharon Rose Kleczynski, 27, of 606 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington; LPD; larceny $200-$1,000. Pretrial: May 21 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Alan David Bystrom, 33, of 8808 N. 126th Ave., Hart; LPD; OWI and marijuana possession. Pretrial: June 4 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– James Lyn Casciaro, 46, of 121 W. State St., Scottville; MSP; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 11 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Angie Elaine Dirske, 40, of 6817 E. Bockstanz Rd., Sheridan Township; MCSO; OWI and operating with the presence of a controlled substance. Pretrial: June 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Angela Renee Carlson, 35, of 1302 N. Lendale, Pere Marquette Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Layla Renee Lefevre, 18, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township; MSP; malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: June 4 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jeffrey Ryan Grant, 20, of 718 Dexter St., Ludington; MCSO; OWI and no operator’s license. Pretrial: June 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Michael Mason Durham, 28, of 302 N. Robert St., Ludington; LPD; prowling – disorderly. Pretrial: June 11 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– Nathan Scott Yost, 22, of 506 N. Rowe St., Ludington; MCSO; marijuana possession, OWI and open intoxicants. Pretrial: June 25 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
