LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Marshall Brault

– Marshall Jennings Brault, 25, of 2275 N. Tallman Lake Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested April 17 by MCSO for felonies of third-degree fleeing a police officer, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: May 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Routley

– Derek Michael Routley, 28, of 5433 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested April 20 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of armed robbery and felony firearm. Preliminary exam: May 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety.

Smith

– Jarod Tyler Smith, 17, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested April 21 by MCSO for felonies of uttering and publishing counterfeit money and using a computer to commit a crime and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: May 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Shanon Marie Wonnacott, 48, of 3792 W. Hidden Forrest Dr., Amber Township; Ludington Police Department (LPD); third-degree retail fraud (shoplifting). Pretrial: May 14 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Paul Brandon-Scott Amos, 34, of 425 W. Taylor Rd., Hart; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: May 7 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Michelle Louise Brandt, 48, of 401 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington; LPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial was April 23. Bail: $2,500/personal.
