LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

– Matthew Henry Visscher, 52, of 941 N. Dennis Rd., Amber Township, was arrested March 19 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Case has been bound over to 51st Circuit Court with a final conference scheduled for May 1 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Wilson

– Douglas Andrew Wilson, 56, no address listed, was arrested Feb. 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of third-offense failure to register as a sex offender and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: April 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Burris

– Derrick Aaron Burris, 37, of 5000 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township, was arrested by the State, Sheriff’s, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Preliminary exam: May 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Mexted

– Donnell Kay Maxted, 37, no address listed, was arrested March 24 by MCSO for felonies of bribing/intimidating/interfering with a witness and obstructing justice. Preliminary exam: May 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Kerry Linn Mahan, Jr., 22, of 414 Thornwild, Scottville; Scottville Police Department (SPD); disorderly person – disturbing the peace and trespassing. Pretrial: April 30 at 10 a.m. Bail: $,1500/10 percent.

– Michael Duane Wolf, 40, of 6147 Crystal Beach Rd., Big Rapids; MCSO; defrauding an innkeeper. Pretrial: April 23 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Stephen Michael Pierce, 61, of 406 N. Gay St., Scottville; LPD; malicious use of telecommunications services. Pretrial: April 30 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Julie Ann Hannah, 56, of 110 E. 5th St., Ludington; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial was April 16. Bail: $2,500.

– Robert James McGinnis II, 32, of 10355 N. M 37, Buckley; MCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: May 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Gage Lee Warner, 23, of 607 N. Rowe St., Ludington; LPD; breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Pretrial: April 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Brent Norman Ginter, 25, of 2907 W. Conrad, Amber Township; LPD; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: April 30 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– George Franklin Campbell, 27, of 3767 Washington Rd., Pentwater; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: April 30 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Justin Michael Stever, 27, of 505 2nd St., Ludington; DNR – Cadillac; marijuana possession. Pretrial: April 30 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Zachary David Skoog, 30, of 405 S. Harrison St., Ludington; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 30 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ted Lee Taylor, 59, of 710 E. Main St., Hart; LPD; breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Pretrial: May 7 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
