LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:
Felonies
Snay
– Raymond Harold Snay, 51, no address listed, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of failure to register as a sex offender, failure to comply with sex offender registration duties and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: April 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– John Ignatius Grocholski, 22, of 42 High Bridge Rd., Wellston; Ludington Police Department (LPD); March 24; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: May 14 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Keri Lynn Knapp, 33, of 372 S. Madison, Custer; MCSO; March 17; second-offense OWI. Pretrial: April 30 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Michele Louise Brandt, 47, of 401 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington; LPD; March 18; OWI. Pretrial: April 23 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Skip Roy-Ernest Lange, 23, of 402 Fourth St., Ludington; LPD; March 25; second-offense OWI, second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS); and driving without insurance. Pretrial: April 23 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Nicole Deann Pettinato, 39, of 379 1/2 Seventh St., Manistee; Scottville Police Department (SPD); March 18 DWLS. Pretrial: April 9 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 39, of 451 W. Free Soil Rd., Free Soil Township; MCSO: March 19; second-offense OWI and marijuana possession. Pretrial: April 30 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Joanne Eileen Anderson, 38, of 646 W. Hunter Lane, Victory Township; MCSO; March 17; OWI. Pretrial: April 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Jehud Edreih Ramirez, 17, of 1968 E. Fountain Rd., Sherman Township; SPD; March 22; marijuana possession and marijuana use. Pretrial: April 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Bryant Ray Selby, 21, of 7895 W. US 10, Branch Township; MCSO; Feb. 24; driving without insurance. Pretrial: April 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– John Kenneth Oskaboose, 21, of 5595 S. Darr Rd., Eden Township; MCSO; March 22; malicious destruction of a building less than $200. Pretrial: April 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 personal.
