LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Uhl

– Richard Edward Uhl, 35, of 3104 W. Tonawanda Trail, New Era, pleaded guilty Nov. 20, 2017 to first-degree criminal sexual conduct and pleaded “no contest” to extortion. Uhl was sentenced Feb. 6 to a minimum of 18 years and nine months to a maximum of 60 years in prison for the CSC conviction and a minimum of seven years to a maximum of 20 years in prison for the extortion conviction. Sentences run concurrently, and Uhl received credit for 205 days served in jail. Lifetime electronic monitoring upon release from confinement; sex offender registration completed; $326 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree CSC was dismissed.

Horowski

– Daniel John Horowski, 34, of 3028 Piney Ridge Rd., Hamlin Township, was found guilty Sept. 12, 2017 of breaking and entering a building with intent and third-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Feb. 6 to a minimum of one year and one day to a maximum of 20 years in prison with credit for 131 days served in jail; $10,659.50 in restitution; and $258 in fines and costs. Charges of first-degree home invasion and fourth-offense habitual offender were dismissed. In a separate case, Horowski was found guilty Jan. 2 of larceny in a building and fourth-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Feb. 6 to a minimum of one and a half years to a maximum of 15 years in prison with credit for 125 days served in jail; $7.82 in restitution; and $198 in fines and costs. Cases run concurrently.

Dietz

– Lonnie Michael Dietz, 49, of 2090 N. 4th St., Sheridan Township, was found guilty Dec. 5, 2017 of one count of second-offense cocaine delivery less than 50 grams and two counts of second-offense delivery/manufacture of marijuana and was sentenced Feb. 6 to serve three concurrent terms of four months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term, with credit for two days served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; $550 in restitution; and $794 in fines and costs. Found counts of using a computer to commit a crime and one count of Devon-offense delivery/manufacture of marijuana were dismissed. In a separate a case, Dietz was found guilty Dec. 5, 2017 of maintaining a drug house and was sentenced Feb. 6 to serve one year discretionary jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines costs. One count of second-offense delivery/manufacture of marijuana was dismissed. Cases run concurrently.

Johnson

– Tonya Ann Johnson, 36, of 204 2nd St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 28 of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and was sentenced Feb. 6 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 98 days served; two years probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense controlled substance possession was dismissed.

Card

– Nina Diamond Card, 28, of 3558 E. Fountain Rd., Sherman Township, was found guilty Dec. 19 of maintaining a drug house and was sentenced Feb. 6 to six months discretionary jail with credit for one day served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $225 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of marijuana was dismissed.

Swan

– Allison Shirley Swan, 35, of 3441 W. Madison Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 5, 2017 to embezzlement $1,000-$20,000 and was sentenced Feb. 6 to six months discretionary jail; $16,878.63 restitution ($6,000 paid); $658 in fines and costs; and three years probation. One count of embezzlement $1,000-$20,000 and one count of using a computer to commit a crime were dismissed.

Green

– Tommie Lee Green, 43, of 802 E. Rowe St., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 12, 2017 of second-offense marijuana possession and was sentenced Feb. 6 to 90 days in jail; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $258 in fines and costs.
