Ludington city manager is a final candidate for Holland Township job. 

OTTAWA COUNTY — Ludington City Manager John Shay is one of two finalists to be considered for the job of Holland Township manager in Ottawa County, according to an article in the Holland Sentinel. Shay will be interviewed in a public meeting on Feb. 20, along with Steve Bulthuis, the executive director of the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council.

Shay has been Ludington city manager since 2003. Prior to coming to Ludington, he was the village manager of Almont. He has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s degree in public administration from Oakland University.

The Holland Township position has an annual salary between $110,000 to $140,000.
