LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

• Shawn Donald Pitre, 33, of 7019 E. Stohlberg Road, Sheridan Township, was arrested by Michigan State Police Hart Post (MSP) for driving while license suspended/revoked/denied (DWLS) on Jan. 10, 2018. A pretrial is scheduled for Jan. 29 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
• Angelo Devin Mendez, 19, of 809 N. St. Catherine St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 29, 2017 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on the charge of assault and battery. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
• Chad Fredrick Collins, 26, 5841 N. Reek Road, Sherman Township, was arrested Jan. 9, 2018, by Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on the charges of DWLS and operating a vehicle without security (no insurance). Pretrial: Jan. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10%.
• Harvey Wagner Jr., 54, of 2144 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2018 by MCSO on the charge of DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10%.
