Radiant Church to host Christmas Eve. community dinner.

By Rob Alway, Editor-in-Chief.

LUDINGTON — Radiant Church, 409 S. Washington Ave., is hosting its third annual Christmas Eve Community Dinner this coming Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.

The free dinner is open to anyone.

“This is a way for our church to show the love of Christ,” Pastor Jerry Theis said. “We believe this dinner goes beyond just food, but is about how we as a community can come together and get to know each other better.”

For the past two years the church has held an evening candlelight service. Because Christmas Eve is on a Sunday this year, the church will hold its normal services at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

“We always welcome anyone to our services,” Theis said. “This is a great opportunity to celebrate the birth of our savior.”

Those who are unable to get to the church may request delivery by calling 231-845-9596 or emailing the church at [email protected]. Those wishing more information about the dinner use that contact information. Theis added that the dinner already has enough volunteers so all others can just come out and enjoy the meal and fellowship.
