Free Soil woman, 19, dies in Hasenbank Road crash.

FREE SOIL TOWNSHIP –Audrey Miller, 19, of Free Soil died this morning as a result of a single vehicle crash in the 4100 block of Hasenbank Road, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole. At 9:03 a.m., deputies, EMS, and fire personnel were dispatched to the scene between Stark and Schoenherr roads.
“Deputies arrived on scene and found a 2002 Chevy Cavalier had left the road and struck a tree,” Cole said. The driver, and lone occupant, was deceased at the scene. Preliminary information from investigators indicate she was traveling westbound on Hasenbank Road and lost control on the dirt road and struck a tree on the north side of the road.”
Responding to the scene, in addition to MCSO, was Free Soil/Meade Fire Department, Grant Township Fire Department, and Life EMS.
The crash remains under investigation.
