LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Ring

-Jake Ryan Ring, 26, of 111 N. Rath Ave., Apt. B, Ludington, was arrested October 7 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace. Preliminary hearing: October 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Jorden Michael Shafer, 27, of 5320 S. Scottville Rd., Eden Township; October 4; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: October 30 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Ashley Ann Belkiewicz, 26, of 4471 Pine Creek Rd., Manistee; October 6; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: November 13 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000 cash/surety.

-Logan Walter Case, 19, of 105 E. Fifth St., Scottville; October 5; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: November 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-George Franklin Campbell, 26, of 1076 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township; October 8; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: November 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Terre Rashida Green, 21, of 124 Washington St., Manistee; August 30; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: October 9 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
