LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Denton

-Cody Morgan Denton, 22, of 2630 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested September 13 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: October 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.

Macallister

-Timothy Joseph MacAllister, 56, of 8515 S. Queens Hwy., Chase, was arrested August 11 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a taser. Preliminary hearing: October 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Wilson

-Ricky Todd Wilson, 22, no address listed, was arrested September 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary hearing: October 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Greiner

-Alexandra Ann Greiner, 29, of 1370 W. Monroe Rd., Hart, was arrested September 17 by MCSO on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary hearing: October 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Makowicki

-Steven Donald Makowicki, 52, of 504 E. Danaher St., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested September 15 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Preliminary hearing: October 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Hackert

-Linda Lou Hackert, 68, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 14, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested March 18 by LPD on a felony charge of delivering a controlled substance. Preliminary hearing: October 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Wanda Elizabeth Stewart, 38, of 9553 N. Stephens Rd., Free Soil Township; October 14, 2016; MCSO; two counts of non-sufficient funds check. Pretrial: October 2 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Michael Paul Plotts, 30, of 7293 Hungerford Lake Rd., Big Rapids; August 19; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); possession of marijuana and using marijuana. Pretrial: October 23 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Arthur Lee Jackson, 58, of 709 ½ E. Foster St., Ludington; September 15; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: October 2 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Sean Allen Schmitz, 25, of 202 S. Rowe St., Apt. 2, Ludington; September 12; MCSO; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: October 9 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
