79th District Court arraignments include blackmail, switchblade possession.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:
Felonies
Serna
– Ricardo Serna, 23, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felonies of blackmail, possession of a switchblade and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 23 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
Hackert
– Wesley Donald Hackert, 31, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 14, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 13 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police; a fourth-offense habitual offender designation; and misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating while intoxicated (OWI). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
Granger
– Randi Marie Granger-Finley, 31, of 711 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of controlled substance delivery and using a computer to commit a crime. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash.
Misdemeanors
– Derek Michael Routley, 28, of 5433 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington; Ludington Police Department (LPD); assault and battery. Pretrial: Sept. 11 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Zachary Ryan Wabsis, 33, of 9 Park Ave., Manistee; LPD; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 14 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– David-Allen Scott Wilson, 24, of 112 Broadway, Scottville; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 11 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Aaron Eric Thiel, 33, of 602 E. Danaher St., Ludington; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 11 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Devin William Hawkins, 24, of 4263 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington; MSP; third-degree retail fraud. In a separate file, Hawkins faces a charge of DWLS stemming from an arrest by MCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– David Morris Griffith, 56, of 521 Linden St., Big Rapids; Scottville Police Department; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
