The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Dietz

-Lonnie Michael Dietz, 48, of 2090 N. Fourth St., Sheridan Township, was arrested May 24 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), one count of general delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of delivery/manufacturing marijuana, one count of maintaining a drug house, and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Preliminary hearing: August 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/10 percent.

Mendoza

-Roberto Mendoza, III, 33, of 6366 E. Minke Rd., Walkerville, was arrested July 21 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of blackmail. Preliminary hearing: August 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Segura

-Valentine Alejandro Segura, 20, of 611 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested April 10 by SSCENT on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: August 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Walkley

-Mitchel Jarred Walkley, 27, of 403 S. Jefferson St., Ludington, was arrested July 6 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of receiving/concealing stolen property and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: August 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Lilleberg

-Darrick Cole Lilleberg, 22, of 410 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested August 5 by LPD on three felony counts of resisting and opposing. Preliminary hearing: August 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Kaiser

-Nicole Lynn Kaiser, 28, of 5086 Wayne Ave., Pentwater, was arrested June 23 by LPD on felony charges of tampering with an electronic monitoring device and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: August 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Jeremy Tristan Woollett, 30, of 1336 N. Rath Ave., Pere Marquette Township; August 3; LPD; aggravated assault and two counts of assault & battery. Pretrial: August 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Bradley Alan Mann, 24, of 163 N. Alpine Dr., Branch Township; August 7; LPD; breaking and entering and having an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: September 11 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Ryan Marshall Barraclough, 39, of 231 Fifth Ave., Manistee; July 29; MCSO; breaking & entering. Pretrial: August 28 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Jennifer Nicole Barraclough, 33, of 231 Fifth Ave., Manistee; July 29; MCSO; breaking & entering. Pretrial: August 28 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Luke Michael Samuels, 27, of 721 E. Johnson Rd., Custer Township; July 29; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: August 28 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
