LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Bakies

-Robin Rae Bakies, 54, of 709 E. Foster St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested July 23 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, second-offense domestic violence and possession of marijuana. Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Zimmer

-David Lee Zimmer, 44, of 619 S. Tyndall Rd., Branch Township, was arrested July 16 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of unarmed robbery and domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Leonard

-Bradley Rayman Leonard, 37, of 603 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested July 23 by LPD on felony charges of third-offense domestic violence and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Bogner

-Bradley Damon Bogner, 44, of 6892 Abrahamson Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested July 23 by MCSO on a felony charge of unlawfully driving away of a motor vehicle (auto theft). Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Reid

-Jesse Colin Reid, Jr., 17, of 3209 E. Hawley Rd., Eden Township, was arrested July 19 by MCO on a felony charge of unlawfully driving away of a motor vehicle (auto theft). Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Pilon

-Christine Marie Pilon, 51, of 7392 Sharp Rd., Schwartz Creek, Michigan, was arrested July 21 by LPD on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Johnson

-Curtis Jerome Johnson, 24, of 608 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested July 12 by LPD on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary hearing: August 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Rodney Leroy Saddler, 46, homeless; July 12; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: August 21 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Riwanda Ayaka Carter-Smith, 41, of 1132 Cooper Ave. SE, Grand Rapids; June 17; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: August 14 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Christopher Domonic Bell, 22, of 4931 E. US 10, Custer; July 15; LPD; operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: August 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-John Ernest Hernandez, 66, of 120 W. State St., Scottville; June 16; MCSO; littering. Pretrial: August 21 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Lenice Demetria Fox, 33, of 810 W. Forest Ave., Muskegon; July 15; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle without security (no insurance). Pretrial: August 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Rutilio Concepcion Ambrocio Palacios, 37, of 100 W. Fourth St., Shelby; July 21; Michigan State Police (MSP); OWI and operating without a license. Pretrial: August 28 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jenna Diannne Myers, 23, of 1245 N. LaSalle Rd., Amber Township; July 17; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: August 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
