2 injured in Grant Twp. motorcycle crash.

GRANT TWP. — Two Hamlin Township residents were injured in a single vehicle motorcycle crash on Townline Road between Stiles and Quarterline roads Saturday. 

According to Mason County Sheriff Dep. Kyle Boyd, on scene, the crash involved a 63-year-old man, who was driving, and his 61-year-old female passenger. Boyd said the man suffered from a medical condition and passed out after turning east on Townline Road from Stiles Road. The Harley Davidson bike then veered into a ditch.

Both riders were transported by ambulance to Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital. 

Responding to the scene were Mason County Sheriff’s Office, Grant Twp. Fire and Rescue, and Life EMS.
