The following is police activity in Mason County Thursday, May 18, 2017:
  • 5:55 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Johnson Road west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
  • 6:56 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain and Custer roads, Sherman Township.
  • 7:12 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Hawley Road and Indian Trail, Eden Township.
  • 7:28 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), vehicle crash, North Franklin and East Brother streets, City of Ludington.
  • 6:22 p.m., (Michigan State Police), two-car crash, no injuries, Hansen Road and Victory Corner Drive, Amber Township.
  • 6:41 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $7 in fuel stolen, Ludington EZ Mart, 5900 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 8:30 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Decker Road near Lakeshore Drive, Hamlin Township.
