LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:
Felonies
Gagliardo
-Jeremy Michael Gagliardo, 35, of 3690 N. Taylor Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested Apr. 6 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivery/manufacture of controlled substance and possession of analogues. Preliminary hearing: May 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.
Wheeler
-Stephanie Lynn Wheeler, 24, of 920 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested Apr. 11 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), operating with a false license, and operating without a license. Preliminary hearing: May 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.
Burrell
-Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 25, no address listed, was arrested Apr. 7 by LPD on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and larceny less than $200. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Rodney Aaron Lentz, 46, of 100 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 17, Amber Township, was arrested Apr. 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Preliminary hearing: May 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
