Lighthouse Realty recognizes top selling agents, real estate market continues to rise.

LUDINGTON — Lighthouse Realty recently recognized inducted nine team members into its 2016 Elite Club, those who had an annual sales volume greater than $3 million. The members included Heather Barker, Pamela Buck, Lori Dickenson, Therran Ferguson, Lois Janish, Jamie Loney, Random Messeder, Debby Stevenson, and Ingrid Wadel.
Lighthouse Realty closed 2016 with $83.6 million in sales and 630 closing sides, which represents a 35% company wide increase over 2015 sales. The Manistee office led the way with a 52% increase in its sales. Overall, the Mason-Oceana-Manitee Board of Realtors reported a 21.7% increase in real estate sales in 2015.
