LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

-Curtis Neil Johnson, 34, of 1964 W. Kistler Rd., Riverton Township; Dec. 31; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); embezzlement by agent or trustee. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Gloria Ann Nargis, 56, of 1787 N. Stiles Rd., Amber Township; Dec. 29; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Charles Wade Anderson, 39, of 1027 N. Ferry St., Ludington; Jan. 8; Ludington Police Department (LPD); OWI. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Rodney Leroy Saddler, 45, no address listed; Dec. 31; LPD; possession of marijuana and domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Shawn Lee Purgiel, 45, of 1281 Esther St., Amber Township; Dec. 29; LPD; possession of marijuana, operating under the influence of drugs and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Renee Michelle Golnick, 34, of 5360 N. 88th St., Hart; Dec. 31; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Francella Snoe Currier, 20, of 1188 Pineway, Ludington; Jan. 5; MCSO; retail fraud third degree. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
