79th District Court arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

– Joseph Michael Cook, 24, of 5180 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington; Oct. 9; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); two counts of driver transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Thomas Leroy Rees, 27, of 5988 Sixth St., Ludington; Oct. 8; MCSO; second-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 21 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Sherry Lynn Warner, 45, of 2876 Lena Dr., Ludington; Oct. 4; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Lidia Rocio Lopez, 19, of 407 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Oct. 2; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Timothy Charles Zeller, 33, of 818 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Oct. 2; LPD; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Jennifer Lynn Goulet, 25, of 4555 S. Ordway Rd., Custer; Oct. 6; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and unlawful license plate use. Pretrial: Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Corey Evan Carsten, 31, of 802 St. Paul St., Ludington; Oct. 9; LPD; disorderly person – public intoxication. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Patrick David O’Brien, 52, 3370 Nina Lane, Muskegon; Oct. 10; MCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
