LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

-Janyl Sylvia Breitfeld; 24, 4851 N. Cleveland St., Fountain; September 15; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: October 3 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Brennan Nicole Verhoeven; 45, 8955 E. Ehler Rd., Sheridan Township; September 17; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: October 31 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Thomas Tommy Teague Noa; 32; 107 N. Staffon St., Ludington; September 16; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), expired license and improper plates. Pretrial: October 10 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
