SCOTTVILLE — Jamie Spore has been selected as the grand marshal of the 2016 Scottville Harvest Festival parade, which will take place Saturday, Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

“I was very excited to see that our Harvest Festival committee selected Jamie to be the Scottville Harvest Festival grand marshel, she is a great choice,” said City Manager Amy Williams, who also serves on the committee. “Jamie is a Scottville girl who is representing our community very well as Ms. Wheelchair Michigan and will represent Scottville very well as grand marshal.”

Spore grew up in Scottville and is a graduate of Mason County Central High School. Scottville Harvest Festival is scheduled for Sept. 15-17.
