LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in 79th District Court:

-Leila Marie Pamame, 30, Muskegon County Jail, pleaded guilty on August 9 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 70 days already served.

-Ledarean Kwame Gilmore, 25, 847 Courtney St. NW, Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty on Au

gust 9 to controlled substance use of marijuana and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days already served, 90 days discretionary jail for one year, must have substance abuse evaluation, no drugs/alcohol, and must pay $535 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State. Charges of possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended were dismissed on the motion of the prosecutor with prejudice.

-Hervey Penaloza Acosta, 32, 4197 S. Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township, pleaded guilty on August 9 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for 20 days already served, 93 days discretionary jail for one year, and must pay $535 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State.

-Elisabeth Rosemarie Feijoo, 22, 240 E. Webster St., Ferndale, Michigan, pleaded guilty on August 9 to operating while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day already served, 93 days discretionary jail for one year, must attend victim’s impact panel, must complete alcohol highway safety education, and must pay $870 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State.

-Kyle Michael Rawson, 33, 802 St. Paul St., Ludington, pleaded guilty on August 9 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days in jail and must pay $216.12 in restitution. An additional charge of third-degree retail fraud was dismissed on the motion of the prosecutor with prejudice.

-George Franklin Campbell, Jr., 23, 1076 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, pleaded guilty on August 9 to failure to maintain security (no insurance) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days already served, one year discretionary jail for one year, and must pay $535 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State. A charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed on the motion of the prosecutor with prejudice.

-Sandra Kay Wayman, 47, 6167 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sheridan Township, pleaded guilty on August 15 to failure to report and accident and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $325 in fines and costs.

-Andrew Jon Chance, 37, 356 Oakwood Dr., Pere Marquette Township, pleaded guilty on August 9 to operating while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days already served, 93 days discretionary jail for one year, must complete victim’s impact panel, and must pay $870 in fines and costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State.

-Ann Marie Welch, 31, 7267 Juanita Ave., Pere Marquette Township, had a charge of third-degree retail fraud dismissed without prejudice on August 1. Court records state, “The interests of justice do not require further prosecution of this matter.”

-Ryan Edward Roberts, 31, 601 N. Rowe St., Apt. 2, Ludington, had a charge of operating while license suspended dismissed without prejudice on August 1. Court records state, “The defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”

-Regan Rees, 52, 3940 W. Kistler Rd., Riverton Township, had a charge of operating while license suspended dismissed without prejudice on August 1. Court records state, “The defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”

-Raymond Paul Stacey, 35, 311 E. Melendy St., Ludington, had a charge of operating without security (no insurance) dismissed without prejudice on August 1. Court records state, “The defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”

-Shane Martin McDowell, 41, 410 N. Custer Rd., Custer Township, had a charge of operating without security (no insurance) dismissed without prejudice on August 1. Court records state, “The defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”

-Ryan Lee Herrera, 34, 3376 N. Custer Rd., Sherman Township, had charges of possession of marijuana and improper transport of medical marijuana dismissed without prejudice on August 1. Court records state, “The defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”
