LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Milton

– Grayson Kenneth Milton, 25, 1422 E. US 10, Custer Township, was arrested July 11 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of second-degree home invasion and larceny in a building. Preliminary hearing: August 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Beach

– Ashley Joan Beach, 32, 3859 W. Prairie Rd., Shepherd, Mich., was arrested July 15 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Preliminary hearing: August 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Hauri

– Dale Gerald-Edward Hauri, 48, 3859 W. Prairie Rd., Shepherd, Mich., was arrested July 15 by MSP on felony charges of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary hearing: August 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 cash/surety.

Pemberton

– Paul Freeman Pemberton, Jr., 56, 403 N. William St. Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested July 12 by MCSO on a felony charge of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense. Preliminary hearing: July 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. See related story here.

– Stephen John Silvers, 28, 3767 N. Shadybrooke Ln., Victory Township, July 13, MSP, failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: August 1 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.

– Krystal Lynn Hayes, 31, 302 N. Robert St. Apt. 1, Ludington, July 12, Ludington Police Department (LPD), false report of a misdemeanor and domestic violence. Pretrial: August 1 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Kimberly Ann Barrentine, 25, 1500 Main St., Manistee, July 12, MCSO, second degree retail fraud (shoplifting). Pretrial: August 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Timothy Lynn Suter, Jr., 19, 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Lot #19, Summit Township, July 15, MCSO, domestic violence. Pretrial: July 25 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
