LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Padgett

– Albert Charles Padgett, 73, 3671 N. Stiles Rd., Victory Township, was arrested June 14 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.- Devonne Curtis Robertson, 24, 46 Diamond Ave. Apt. 1, Grand Rapids, was arrested June 18 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of larceny in a building. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Sheena Marie Skoog, 28, 6714 Lorne Dr., Riverton Township, was arrested June 14 by the State, Sheriffs’ and Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance and habitual offender second offense. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Gajewski

– Travis John Gajewski, 24, 7587 N. Quarterline Rd., Grant Township, was arrested June 14 by SSCENT on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Alpin

– Branden Michael Alpin, 33, 2785 N. Amber Rd., Victory Township, was arrested June 14 by MCSO on a felony charge of failure to comply with reporting duties as a sex offender and habitual offender fourth offense. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Tyler

– Johnny Ray Tyler, 54, 203 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested June 17 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of domestic violence third offense and habitual offender third offense. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/ 10 percent.

– Jay Phillip Cutter, 36, 3085 River Rd., Manistee, was arrested June 19 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of attempted home invasion. Preliminary hearing: July 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/ 10 percent.
