SCOTTVILLE — Cheryl Wolfram will be the featured performer at the Scottville Clown Band Shell Tuesday night. The Road Less Traveled was originally scheduled but the band has since dissolved. Wolfram first picked up the guitar in the third grade, and by the eighth grade chose the 12 string guitar as her instrument of choice.  During her blues rock years, 2000 to 2010, she and her band released three CDs. Her vocal ability, phrasing, and song writing earned the band enthusiastic reviews.  She has lived in Manistee County for 30 years, the last 12 in Brethren.

In recent years she has formed a female pop trio called Peace, Love Music. That group will perform at the shell on Tuesday, Aug. 16. Cheryl also performs as a solo singer-guitarist throughout northern Michigan.  She can be found singing at tasting rooms, farmer’s markets, and occasionally busking on the street.

The show begins at 7 p.m. and is free.
