LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Gascoigne, left.

– Shon Michael Gascoigne, 25, 718 Dexter St., Ludington, pleaded guilty on April 12 to third degree criminal sexual conduct (person between 13-15) and delivery of a controlled substance to a minor. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for four days already served, $658 in fines and costs and five years of probation. As part of a plea agreement, the prosecutor dismissed an additional charge of third degree CSC and a charge of furnishing obscene material to a minor.

Miller

– Donald Thomas Miller, 27, 203 Crowley St., Scottville, pleaded guilty on April 12 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 80 days already served, five months of jail time up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion and $726 in fines and costs. As part of a plea agreement with the prosecutor, charges of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) second offense and operating with a suspended license second offense were dismissed without prejudice.

– Alan Kent Wilson, 52, 3340 Hall Ln., Hamlin Township, pleaded guilty on April 12 to operating while under the influence of liquor (OUIL) third offense and was sentenced to 270 days in jail with credit for one day already served, four months of jail time served up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion, $1,048 in fines and costs, 24 months of probation, 60 days of community service and vehicle immobilization for one year. As part of a plea agreement, the prosecution dismissed, without prejudice, a charge of habitual offender second offense.

Zamora

Zamora

– Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 22, 403 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, pleaded guilty on April 6 to assault and battery and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 72 days already served, must serve 60 days in jail up front (already served) with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion, $708 in fines and costs, 24 months of probation, and 90 days SCRAM systems alcohol and location monitoring. Per a plea agreement, the prosecutor dropped a charge of disorderly drunk person without prejudice.
