LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

    David Robert Southern, 37, no address listed, was arrested April 20 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of unarmed robbery; possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams; possession of analogues; and breaking and entering of a vehicle to steal property valued at less than $200. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

  • Lemere

    Lemere

    Garth Allen Lemere, 46, of 4330 S. Morton Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested April 21 by MSP (Sixth District – Tobacco Enforcement Division) for a felony of tobacco tax act violations and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

  • Hansen

    Hansen

    Dylan James Hansen, 22, no address listed, was arrested April 21 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of larceny in a building. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

  • Valles

    Valles

    Robert Michael Valles, 45, of 12905 Timberline Ave., Grand Haven, was arrested April 22 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

    Steven Geno Rice III, 18, of 4820 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested April 25 by MCSO for a felony of second-degree home invasion and second-offense habitual offender designation. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

  • Taylor

    Timothy Carl Taylor, 36, of 615 Townline Rd., Free Soil, was arrested April 24 by MCSO for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

  • Baysinger

    Christopher Lee Baysinger, 38, of 1044 Pineway, Ludington, was arrested April 20 by MSP for a felony of larceny in a building and second-offense use of a controlled substance. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

  • Tamara DeLynn Yeargan, 46, of 602 E. Melendy St., Ludington; April 22; MCSO; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: May 2 at 11 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
  • Neta Margaret Sohn, 30, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 5, Ludington; April 25; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: May 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
  • Ashley Nicole Martinsen, 26, of 112 E. Danaher St., Spt. 2, Ludington; April 18; MCSO; second-degree retail fraud. Bail: May 9 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
