    David Robert Southern, 37, no address listed, was arrested April 20 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of unarmed robbery; possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams; possession of analogues; and breaking and entering of a vehicle to steal property valued at less than $200. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

    Garth Allen Lemere, 46, of 4330 S. Morton Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested April 21 by MSP (Sixth District – Tobacco Enforcement Division) for a felony of tobacco tax act violations and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

    Dylan James Hansen, 22, no address listed, was arrested April 21 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of larceny in a building. Preliminary conference: May 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.
