LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Horsley

– Mykel Dalton Horsley, 25, of 711 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested April 11 by the Ludington Police Department for felonies of first-degree home invasion (two counts); third-degree home invasion; aggravated domestic violence; aggravated assault; and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: May 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Tice

– Sara Lynn Tice, 21, of 5178 W. Fox Rd., Hart, was arrested April 14 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: May 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Nickelson

– Jennifer Lynn Nickelson, 28, of 210 E. Second St., Scottville, was arrested April 11 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police for felonies of felonious assault and carrying a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: May 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Soberalski

– Douglas Gerald Soberalski, 36, of 3048 W. Conrad Rd., Amber Township, was arrested April 15 by MCSO for a felony of resisting/obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor of second-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: May 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
