LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Miedema

– Casey James Miedema, Sr., 32, of 6816 W. Victory Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under age 13 with a second-offense habitual offender designation. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. He was arraigned Feb. 3.

Wilson

– Alan Kent Wilson, 52, of 3340 N. Halls Lane, Hamlin Township, was arrested Feb. 7 by LPD for a felony of a third-offense operating while intoxicated and a misdemeanor of transporting open intoxicants. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Michael Brandon Donahue, 32, of 502 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington; Feb. 3; Michigan State Police, Hart post; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 7 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Heather Lyn Harthun, 42, of 264 Sixth Ave., Apt. 1, Manistee; Feb. 1; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Jorge Luis Garcia-Hernandez, 21, of 2272 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sherman Township; Jan. 30; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating while impaired. Pretrial: March 7 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Reeyna Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 24, of 210 E. Danaher St., Ludington; Feb. 5; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Samantha Christine Sherman, 23, of 412 Thornwild Apt. B1, Scottville; Feb. 4; Scottville Police Department; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 7 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Scott Aaron Hanson, 35, of 805 E. Loomis St., Ludington; Feb. 7; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: March 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
