79th District Court arraignments include breaking and entering, larceny

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Kruisinga

– Jacob Thomas Kruisenga, 19, of 909 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of breaking and entering a building and third-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety.

Hackert

– Wesley Donald Hackert, 29, of 313 N. Robert, Apt. 1A, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 15 by LPD for felonies of larceny in a building; possession of analogues; and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Daniel Villanueva, 28, of 142 S. Wildwood Trail, Apt. 13, Amber Township, was arrested Nov. 15 by LPD for misdemeanors of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kevin Ryan Shook, 28, no address listed, was arrested Nov. 10 by LPD for misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Nov. 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Ariel Samantha Courtland, 24, of 922 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 108, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Charles Martin Zamborowski, 57, of 1807 N. Water Rd., Hart, was arrested Nov. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of false personation of a public officer. Pretrial: Nov 23 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Rafael Garza, Jr., 42 of 2547 W. Kinney Rd., Riverton Township, was cited Nov. 12 by LPD for misdemeanors of failure to stop at a property damage accident and failure to maintain security. Pretrial: Nov. 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Jonathan Allen VanderVelde, 27, of 109 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Brian Lee Shangle, 17, of 404 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 12 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Samuel Davis VanderArk, 20, of 3074 4 Mile Rd., NW, Walker, was arrested Nov. 7 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Amanda Lynn Steffes, 25, of 4218 186th Ave., Hesperia, was cited Nov. 12 by MSP for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: Nov. 23 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Jayson Lee Keson, 45, of 207 N. Robert St., Ludington, was cited Nov. 5 by MSP for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
