LUDINGTON — A two vehicle crash at the intersection of Tinkham Avenue and Lavinia Street caused a car to rollover on its side Wednesday afternoon. The crash occurred just after 3 p.m. According to Ludington Police Department officers on scene, a Dodge Caliber, driven by a 90-year-old Ludington woman, was traveling north on Lavinia Street and failed to stop for the stop sign at Tinkham Avenue. A Mercury Grand Marquis, driven by a 23-year-old Ludington man was west on Tinkham and collided with the minivan, causing it to turn on its side.

Neither vehicle had any additional passengers besides the drivers and no one was injured.

Ludington Fire Department was called to the scene to extricate the driver of the car and Life EMS ambulance was called to check over each driver. Mason County Sheriff’s Office also responded.
