The following is local law enforcement activity Monday, Aug. 3, 2015:

– 6:26 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), loose horse, 3200 block of S. Morton Rd., Riverton Twp.

– 7 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Hawley and Darr roads, Eden Twp.

– 9:39 a.m., (MCSO) one-vehicle crash, no injuries, southbound US-31 Freeway north of the Pere Marquette Hwy. off-ramp, Pere Marquette Twp.

– 9:52 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US-31 near US-10, Amber Twp.

– 3:42 p.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 40-year-old Ludington man was arrested for reckless driving and malicious destruction of property, Bonnie St. near Barton St., City of Ludington.

– 6:20 p.m., (MSP), police are investigating the larceny of a paycheck at the Emerson Lake Inn, Branch Twp.

– 6:49 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injuries, Benson and Hansen roads, Branch Twp.
