79th District Court sentencings

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– Kelly Jo Thompson, 44, of 570 E. Hoague Rd., Free Soil, was found guilty June 23 domestic violence and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must comply with recommendations of domestic violence evaluation; and $535 in fines and costs.

– Galen Colby Stone, 26, of 5311 Sierra, Lansing, was found guilty June 22 of disorderly conduct – fighting and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $285 in fines and costs.

– David John Gasparas, 29, of 3484 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington, was found guilty June 25 of disorderly person – public intoxication and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; substance abuse evaluation; and $285 in fines and costs.

– David Niles Wilcoxson, 49, of 802 N. Paul St., Ludington, was found guilty June 22 of disorderly person – public intoxication and sentenced to four days in jail/credit for four days served; $285 in fines and costs; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; and must attend AA three times per week.

– Dustin Bernhardt Michalko, 36, of 317 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty June 23 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $335 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Davina Rae Southern, 36, of 512 ½ E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty June 25 of driving while license expired and sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Kevin Ralphael Robertson, 22, of 1433 E. Lynndon St., Idlewild, was found guilty June 25 of improper plates and sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.

– Austin James Sylvester, 27, of 6611 W. Park View Ct., Ludington, was found guilty June 25 of open intoxicants – passenger and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Benjamin Levi Siefka, 22, of 8822 N. Schoenherr Rd., Free Soil, was found guilty June 25 of improper plates and sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.

– Jonathon Mels Henderson, 19, of 6813 W. Maple, Ludington, was found guilty June 18 of driving while unlicensed and sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Charles Clarence Wheaton, 36, of 104 High St., Scottville, was found guilty June 18 of improper plates and sentenced to $175 in fines and costs.

– Quentin Andrew Robotham, 23, of 117 ½ Ludington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty June 22 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to $335 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail for one year.

– Pablo Santiago-Ramos, 30, of 2157 E. Jackson Ave., Ludington, was found guilty June 18 of driving while unlicensed and sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Christopher Lloyd Rosche, 54, of 4890 Spring Meadow Dr., Clarkston, Mich., was found guilty June 22 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $335 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– James Earl Rogers, 55, homeless, one count of defrauding an innkeeper dismissed June 25. “Defendant has paid restitution in full,” court records state. “The ends of justice do not require further prosecution at this time.”

– Molly Catherine Stivers, 39, of 215 White Pine Dr., Ludington, one count of DWLS dismissed June 8. “The ends of justice do not require further prosecution,” court records state.

– Bradley W. Brown, 55, no address, one count of public urination dismissed June 22 “pursuant to deferred prosecution agreement.”

– Trevor Keaton Fay, 27, no address listed, one count of assault and battery and one count of public intoxication dismissed June 25. “Defendant has attended alcohol counseling and done 12 hours of community service in lieu of prosecution in this matter.”
