MSP: Pit bull bites horse, dog owner cited

AMBER TWP. — A 29-year-old Ludington woman was cited by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police for allowing an animal to run at large, causing injury, after her unleashed pit bull allegedly bit a horse in the 900 block of Dennis Road at 7:31 p.m. Wednesday, July 1.
