79th District Court sentencings

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– Jeffrey Allen Baugus, 32, of 651 S. Tyndall Rd., Branch, was found guilty March 23 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $335 in fines and costs.

– Calvin James Greiner, 29, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Ludington, was found guilty March 19 of failure to report an accident and sentenced to $200 in fines and costs.

– Patricia Jean Swain, 59, of 2429 High St., Custer, was found guilty March 19 of driving while license expired and sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Michael Mason Durham, 24, of 406 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty March 19 of driving while license not valid/improper and sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Dismissal

– Jerry Marvin Milligan, 55, of 5329 N. Bahr Rd., Irons, one count of DWLS was dismissed March 17. “Defendant pleaded guilty to lesser charge,” court records state.
