LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

– Eric Deon Wesley, 35, of 2825 Hoyt St., Muskegon Heights, was arrested March 19 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of conspiracy – weapons/firearms and felony firearm. Probable cause hearing: April 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Tyler Joseph Hotaling, 29, of 2855 Consear Rd., Lambertville, Mich., was arrested March 17 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP-H) for a felony of breaking and entering a coin-operated device. Probable cause hearing: April 1 at 3 p.m. Preliminary conference: April 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Paul William Booher, 45, of 6632 W. Jefferson Rd., Hesperia, was arrested March 17 by MSP-H for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor of operating without security. Probable cause hearing: April 1 at 1:15 p.m. Preliminary conference: April 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Robert Jonathan Travers, 46, of 3882 S. Maple Island Rd., Fremont, was arrested March 17 by MSP-H for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: April 1 at 3 p.m. Preliminary conference: April 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Phillip Michael Carlson, no address listed, was arrested March 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: April 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 23, of 1121 Lancer Lane, Ludington, was arrested March 21 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jonathan Lee Gray, Jr., 24, of 275 Hourston Ave., Apt. 2, Muskegon, was arrested March 21 by LPD for a misdemeanor of improper transfer of medical marijuana. Pretrial: April 27 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Nicholas Lee-Scott Michels, 20, of 505 N. Main St., Scottville, was arrested March 23 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 27 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Brandi Sue Martinez, 22, no address listed, was arrested March 23 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: April 13 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Robert Thomas Ray, 23, no address listed, was arrested March 23 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: April 16 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Charla Ray Bishop, 45, of 8557 N. US-31, Free Soil, was arrested March 19 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Garrett Thomas Friedley, 21, of 100 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested March 19 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: April 27 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Robert Lawrence Devore, 54, of 2107 W. Dewey Rd., Scottville, was arrested March 10 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security/no insurance. Pretrial: April 20 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Mark Francis Bongard, 29, of 3877 N. Lincoln Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. Pretrial: April 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Amanda Jean Couturier, 24, of 7056 E. Donna St., Fountain, was arrested March 18 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Sean Alexander Horb, 22, of 409 Fourth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested March 18 by LPD for misdemeanors of controlled substance, use of a non-narcotic, and larceny less than $200. Pretrial: April 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Kristopher William-Phillip Green, 29, of 276 ½ 11th St., Manistee, was arrested March 15 by the Scottville Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: April 13 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
